• IMRG San Jose is a Chartered Organization under the guidance and management of the National IMRG, part of Indian Motorcycle Company and Polaris, Inc. As such, it is governed by the Charter of National IMRG.

• IMRG San Jose (Chapter 1927) is also organized a a California corporation. As such, it is governed by a set of Bylaws.

• As members of IMRG San Jose (IMRG Chapter 1927), we must know and abide by these documents.
